Returns & Exchanges

Every order will be inspected and handled with care by our team before being sent out. However, if your order arrives faulty, please contact us to arrange for exchange or return.

  • Items will only be exchanged or refunded if you received faulty or damaged goods.
  • Please note we do not provide exchange or refund for change of mind.
  • The cost of returning items for exchange or refund is to be paid by the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We will only accept refunds & exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. Immediately upon receipt, we will inspect and process your return request to ensure that you are served as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is done.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

      • Once we receive your order back we will contact you with details of your refund and any other relevant information.

      • We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.
      • Unfortunately, KSox is not responsible for any postage loss of return packages without tracking information.
